They should know: The French electro-swing band’s fusion of hot jazz and house beats can push any party into joyfully unhinged territory. “Mighty” layers shouts and Dixieland horns over a thumping dance groove, while the grinding “Comics” slows sultry blues riffs to a sidewinding hip-hop tempo. “Lay Down” wraps it all up in woozy horns and dizzy vocal harmonies—the sweetest kind of comedown.
