About

On his debut full-length, El-P birthed a creature that is part man, part machine, and all beast. The title track captures some of the spare thrills that Schoolly D and Code Money made famous. On “Deep Space 9mm,” El-P says what’s really on his mind. Fantastic Damages delivers on the title; the album rumbles in on four chrome pins, breaks the IKEA bookshelf, kicks a hole in the speaker, and then leaves a blood and oil slick in your driveway.
