Tim Hardin 1 is the debut album by American folk artist Tim Hardin, released in 1966. It was recorded in May and November 1964 and during December 1965. All the songs on the album were written by Tim Hardin, including one of his most well-known and frequently covered songs, "Reason to Believe". Among the musicians on some of the tracks on the album are Gary Burton (playing vibraphone), Earl Palmer (drums) and John Sebastian (harmonica). .
