By his third album, Rozay is in the lavish yacht party scene of his never-ending gangster movie, with warm, expensive-sounding soul samples and lyrics about living well. “Magnificent,” with slinky, loungey vocals from John Legend, is late-’00s luxury rap at its smoothest, while the breezy, reggae-inspired beat of “Yacht Club” suits Ross’ strutting flow. The plush, soul-sampling “Maybach Music 2,” with Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and T-Pain, is one of Ross’ best big-baller posse cuts.
