Nectar is the second studio album by Joji, following his successful debut record, BALLADS 1, released in October of 2018. After initially announcing a July 2020 release date, Joji postponed the album to September 25, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Black Lives Matter protests. The album boasts a variety of featured singers, rappers, and producers, including: Diplo, Omar Apollo, Lil Yachty, rei brown, BENEE, and Yves Tumor.
