Epitaph is the second studio album by German technical death metal band Necrophagist released by Relapse Records on August 3, 2004. In contrast to Onset of Putrefaction, guitarist and vocalist Muhammed Suiçmez recorded the album alongside a group of live musicians. Artwork for the album was done by Sascha Ehrich (Fragments of Unbecoming). .
