About
An interesting beginning, Deluxe is a very raw and emotional record. Many have called it "I've-never-heard-this-album-before" and "I-miss-the-90's-hashtag-nobeilebersallowed." Seriously, if the only song you know off this record is "Good," you need to step away from the keyboard and listen to the whole record. The band tackles such topics as murder, domestic abuse, depression, suicide, and footballs in the air. The German babbling at the end of "Coyote" is pretty bomb, actually. Deluxe was first released independently in 1993, before Elektra Records snatched it in 1995. The first single, "Good," got to number 30 on Billboard and number 1 on .
