About
Released in 2021, Leviathan is the first non-concept Therion album since Sitra Ahra (unlike two highly experimental previous albums). As always, all its songs are based on various mythology. Vocalist Thomas Vikstrom described Leviathan as "coming home", as it was often compared to Therion's 90s and 2000s albums. .
