This record, released in the mid-80's, by multi-talented singer / producer/ songwriter Angela Winbush, who took her career a step farther from being part of a duo with Rene Moore (Rene and Angela), and unleashed a great solo effort, praised by critics -- sales were marginal, but this thing should have been a monster. She wrote the songs;;she produced the songs and boy, did she sing these songs! The album contains one of the greatest female vocals ever recorded in the classic quiet storm track, "Angel".
