Abandoned Cities (1984) is the fourth album by Harold Budd, and his third as a solo artist. Possibly the darkest entry in his voluminous back catalogue, it consist of two twenty-minute plus tracks that evoke a post-apocalyptic sound world with heavy synth drone and suspended single piano notes. .
