"Sad Wings of Destiny" is the second studio album by English heavy metal band Judas Priest, released on 26 March 1976 by Gull Records. It is widely regarded as a key release in the development of the band's sound and identity. Songs such as "Victim of Changes" and "The Ripper" became long-standing staples of the band's live performances. It was the only Judas Priest album to feature drummer Alan Moore on every track. Judas Priest formed in September 1969 in West Bromwich, Birmingham. By the time of their debut album "Rocka Rolla" (1974), the band had undergone numerous line-up changes, .
