This is a limited edition UK single released on 10" vinyl as well as an even smaller run of Compact Discs. "The Rules" was the first single off the On My Way album and the B-sides are outtakes from those sessions. "I Quit" was written and recorded on the spot, with BK adlibbing the lyrics to tape, while "Tylenol" was an old, un-recorded, Radish fan-favorite. Both songs were included on the ultra-rare French-only release, Inedits. .
