Produced by Tony LiPuma, this album was recorded at Sunset sound Recorders in Hollywood. California and was issued in 1974 by Blue Thumb Records/ABC. Paul Humphrey as well as playing the drums led the Funky Thumbs, which consisted of Bill Upchurch on bass/ George Walker and Al Vescovo on guitars/ Harold Land jr. on keyboards and Charles Owen on reeds. Also guesting on the album were Joe Sample-keyboards/Arthur Adams-guitar/Wilton Felder- Bass & reeds and Jerome Richardson on reeds. The first track on side B - Cochise became a dance floor filler in the U.K. .
