“How It Works” is the fourth studio album from Australian punk-rock band Bodyjar released in 2000. The album peaked number 19 on the ARIA Charts. The track "Not the Same" was featured in the 2001 skateboarding video game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 as well as the 2002 motocross video game MX Superfly and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 In 2025. The album was released in the US through Nitro Records to coincide with the band's appearance on the 2001 Warped Tour. .
