The inclusion of his poetic breakout, "Suzanne," the oft-covered, Southern-hued "Bird on the Wire," and the dramatic love triangle chronicled in "Famous Blue Raincoat" are expected. But Cohen throws curveballs with the dense and allusive "Last Year's Man" and the atmospheric French Resistance anthem "The Partisan."
