Flashback is a 1978 album by German composer/conductor Eberhard Schoener. Even the intro to "Trans-AM" lets you guess how bizarre and extraordinary the music can sometimes be on the present recordings. Accompanied by the humming in the background synthesizers chords of a rock trio sound like the proud brass section of a symphony orchestra. The rock trio was to come, under the name "Police", to world success very soon. But before that happened, Police had participated in the very strange "Flashback" experiment by Eberhard Schoener from the perspective of a commercial world success.
