About

Blueprint is the fourth album by Irish guitarist Rory Gallagher. It was released as a vinyl record in 1973 but was re-released in 2000 in the CD format with two new tracks. For this album Gallagher decided to embellish his sound by adding keyboards into the band line-up. His new drum player Rod deAth (who had replaced the late Wilgar Campbell, Gallagher's former drummer) recommended Lou Martin to play the keyboards. The new line-up clicked and remained together for some five years. .
