About

388 is a 2026 album by the English band The Coral, released as a spontaneous, tape-driven record with a loose live feel and a blend of psych-pop, soul, and reggae influences. It was recorded with an emphasis on immediacy and analog warmth, and its title refers to the TASCAM 388 tape machine used in the sessions.
