About
Amaranthe is the self titled debut album from Swedish melodic metalers Amaranthe. Released on April the 13th 2011 the album went to No.15 in the Finnish and No.35 in the Swedish album charts respectively. The album was eventually released in Japan on June 8th, and then in the US on November 6th. A deluxe edition was released not soon after containing a bonus DVD containing music videos for "Hunger" and "Amaranthe" as well as a "Behind the Scenes - The Making of Hunger", the 2011 European Tour Documentary and album recording studio diaries. .
