About
This may be the Man in Black's only LP recorded specifically for young'uns, but that's not to say its songs lack edge: "Nasty Dan" lives up to its title and "Call of the Wild" is about animals trying to escape human cruelty. Cash enunciates the lyrics slowly and gently, like he’s reading a picture book. The songs are often closer to nursery rhymes than typical country fare, and you can almost hear him smiling as he turns the page.
