Every Six Seconds is an album by the band Saliva. It is their second album and first under the Def Jam/Island Records label. The album shows the band in their then nu metal sound. The album marks the last nu metal album the band has produced. Every Six Seconds, the name chosen by frontman Josey Scott because "life cycles seem to happen every six seconds."
