While everyone els was having the "so called" british punk movment which was largely fronted by "THE VASTLY OVERRATTED" THE CLASH forced on them by a VERY helpfull BBC looking for a lost connection to the youth culture of the day. A young disgrunteld. rebellious band from Ireland calling themselves STIFF LTTLE FINGERS found the Learend ear of Dj "john Peale" who championed the real VOICE OF A GENERATION. with their heavy electric lead guitar that was screaming a melody to the under class, downtrodden teens of the day, AND giving a straight up, two fingered salute to the estabilishment. .
