Ahmad Jamal '73 is an album by American jazz pianist Ahmad Jamal featuring performances recorded in 1973 and released on the 20th Century label. Most famous for his '60s Argo and Cadet stint, this is Jamal's first album for 20th Century after a few albums with Impulse, including 1971's Outertimeinnerspace. By this effort, Jamal had already begun to play an electric piano. For this effort, Jamal also decides to do more pop material.
