About
Cross That Line is the fourth album by British musician Howard Jones, released in April 1989. It featured two hit singles "The Prisoner" (#30 US) and "Everlasting Love" (#12 US), though neither of these singles or the album itself were successful in Jones's native UK. It continued Howard Jones' streak of satisfying commercial pop albums. Slightly more adventurous than his earlier albums, the record includes experiments like the jazz-tinged seven-and-a-half minute "Guardians of the Breath" and the almost ambient "Those Who Move Clouds" The Album reached 64 in the UK and 65 in the US. .
