About
School of Hard Knocks is the debut and only studio album by American hip hop duo Hard Knocks (MC Hardhead and DJ Stoneface). Released in 1992 by Wild Pitch Records, it is a 12-track album considered a “hard-to-find hip-hop classic” featuring gritty East Coast rap with jazzy, sample-heavy production by The Spear Chuckers. After the album dropped the duo split and they quit making music. .
