The third installment of a trilogy that follows an enigmatic figure on an epic quest, <i>Visions of Us on the Land</i> finds Damien Jurado expanding his psychedelic ambitions. “Lon Bella” comes across like a fever dream about Jesus; “ONALASKA” finds distorted electric guitar sparring with beastly caterwauls.
