Notes from the original pressing. Later editions may differ.
Two pressings exist. This version has:
• Sleeve with opening at side: top edge is printed black.
• Sleeve printed on somewhat glossy coated stock: white areas become yellowish with age
* Labels have a sharply-contoured 2" pressing ring that tapers toward the center.
Another version (opens in a new tab) opens at the top with a white strip, whiter, less glossy card-stock, and a different/less prominent pressing ring.
The runout etchings are the same on both pressings.
