About
While everyone els was having the "so called" british punk movment which was largely fronted by "THE VASTLY OVERRATTED" THE CLASH forced on them by a VERY helpfull BBC looking for a lost connection to the youth culture of the day. A young disgrunteld. rebellious band from Ireland calling themselves STIFF LTTLE FINGERS found the Learend ear of Dj "john Peale" who championed the real VOICE OF A GENERATION. with their heavy electric lead guitar that was screaming a melody to the under class, downtrodden teens of the day, AND giving a straight up, two fingered salute to the estabilishment..DONT be fooled by what you read, or by the quaint old dated videos that get wheeled out on TOTP2 this music is STILL as valid today as it was THEN just catch the lyrics from TALK BACK.
