About

Amplifier Worship is experimental band Boris's second album, released under labels Mangrove and Southern Lord on November 26, 1998. Takeshi takes over lead vocals marking the first album with lead Takeshi vocals (along with bass and various electronics). Wata does guitar, effects and electronics; Atsuo does vocals (lead on the song "Huge"), drums, cymbal and electronic drums. "Vomitself" was written and laid down separately at Sound Square while the other four songs were recorded at Sound Crew. According to Japanese production company FoodUnited, videos were shot for "Hama" and "Kuruimizu" but were not released to the public.
