About
Charlie Martin and Will Taylor have experienced a lot of changes since their self-titled fifth album in 2024: They relocated to Nashville and began writing songs for a living. While that life change informed Big World, the artistic chemistry that they’ve had for more than a decade has only become stronger. Songs like “Try Try Try,” a taut rave-up that splits the difference between the honky-tonk and the garage, and “You Will Go Far,” a wistful shuffle about life’s unexpected curveballs, show how Martin and Taylor have evolved as songwriters and observers of life.
