Opening opus “Who Needs the Young” is vaudeville with volume, while soul sisters Ellen Foley and Karla DeVito wail along with Meat Loaf against the thrilling wall-of-sound production of "Going All the Way Is Just the Start (A Song in 6 Movements)."
