For each of these tours, I recorded an EP of covers of a particular beloved artist — Morrissey, Shirley Collins, Sam Cooke, and the Kinks — and made those EPs available at the shows. They were always CD-only, and they often sold out during the run of the tour. Turns out, each EP fits neatly on a single side of a vinyl LP, so we’re pleased to announce (via our very own YABB records) COLIN MELOY SINGS TOGETHER, all of those EPs collected — for the first time — as a double vinyl LP. Artwork is by Carson Ellis (she of slowpoke fame) and will be pressed on “sea glass” vinyl, limited to a run of 1500.".
