About
Crystallize is the first full album released by Tokyo Shoegazer (東京酒吐座). There were two releases - a Japanese version and a Taiwanese version. The former was released on October 12th, 2011, while the latter was made available a month later, on November 23rd. The cat on the album cover is former vocalist/guitarist Yuki's pet, Chinta (チン太), a male American Shorthair. He was barely under two years old at the time of the photo shoot. Yuki took the cat to her hotel room in Taiwan, where Tokyo Shoegazer were to hold a release party for Crystallize. The photos that were shot there are now featured on the booklet of the Japanese release of the album. .
