"Death Cult Armageddon" is the sixth studio album by the Norwegian symphonic black metal band Dimmu Borgir. It was released on 9 September 2003 through Nuclear Blast. The album sold more than 100,000 copies in the United States and became the first release by the label to reach that milestone. It also entered the Billboard 200 chart at number 169. The song "Progenies of the Great Apocalypse" was released as a single and accompanied by a music video. "Death Cult Armageddon" was the final Dimmu Borgir album to feature drummer Nick Barker and the only album by the band to.
