Master for the 1987 re-recording of "Here I Go Again".
Originally recorded for the album Saints & Sinners in 1982 and released as a single (Here I Go Again / Bloody Luxury). Neither the single nor the album were released in the US during the early 1980s.
A new version is found on the album 1987. This version also starts slowly but in a different way, and runs 4:34.
Yet another, more action-packed 3:53 version, starting with the guitars, was used for the single release and labeled "USA Single Remix" in the UK and mainland Europe. This is the "hit version" that became No. 1 in the Billboard Hot 100 in 1987.
Multiple B-sides exist:
- "Children Of The Night" in the US, Canada and Australia; additionally "You're Gonna Break My Heart Again" on the US 12";
- "Guilty Of Love" in the UK (plus the CD version of "Here I Go Again" on the 12") and Spain;
- "Slide It In" in other European countries.
