I Thought You Didn't Even Like Leaving is the epic 2016 debut from Albany, NY rockers Prince Daddy and the Hyena. Whipped cream power pop punk powered by the hottest riffs in the game. Produced by Joe Reinhart it follows-up the band's name-making 2015 EP Adult Summers. "The group's sound lands somewhere in the midst of Jeff Rosenstock, Pup and Rozwell Kid, but with more youthful exuberance than stale regret... Every song on this album has either a savory main riff, an earworm chorus, or both... Songs like the fittingly-titled "Pop Song," "I Wish I Could Ctrl+Alt+Del My Life" and "I Forgot To Take My Meds Today" are instantly memorable and destined to be shouted back in a sweaty dive bar" (Get Alternative).
