Into a Secret Land is the third studio album from German singer Sandra, released on October 24, 1988.This album was produced by Michael Cretu. It reached #14 in Germany, #18 in Norway, #22 in Sweden, #13 in Austria and #9 in Switzerland. Five singles were released from this album which became successful in many countrie. The first single, Heaven Can Wait, was a top ten smash hit in France and made it to #12 in Germany, being accompanied by a music video featuring Sandra dancing and singing on a Mediterranean beach. The next single, the title track Secret Land, a cover version of the track Trenchcoat Man by the short-lived German synth pop project Fabrique (who were produced by Hubert Kemmler), entered the German Top 10 and went on all the way to number one in Lebanon and Israel. .
