Chang'e contained the Witchcraft quotes from the extended mix. Gilgamesh contained the Gila Monster quotes from the extended mix. Swan Song contained In Da Club (50 Cent) quotes and the Dragon quotes from the extended mix. Extinction contained an Incredible (M Beat) quote, a Shanghai tease, and the Flamethrower quotes from the extended mix. Shanghai was also teased directly following the end of Extinction. Intrasport contained a Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) (C+C Music Factory) quote. Shanghai and The Grim Reaper were on the setlist, before and after Intrasport respectively, but were not played. .
