About
Following their earlier cassette tape releases "Borghesia" (1983) and "Clones" (1984), "Ljubav Je Hladnija Od Smrti" is the first vinyl album of Borghesia. It's been recorded at Studio Top Ten, Ljubljana in 1983/84 and released by Slovenian/Yugoslavian independent label "FV Založba" and Italian "Totò Alle Prese Coi Dischi" label (a sub-label of Attack Punk Records) outside of Yugoslavia in 1985. The title means "Love Is Colder Than Death", like the 1969 German black-and-white film "Liebe ist kälter als der Tod", written and directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder. In 2010 Dark Entries Records released a remastered version on vinyl. (Remastered by George Horn at Fantasy Studio in Berkeley.) .
