A-side has yellow center labels, B-side has orange center labels.
One-sided lyric sheet with a small Septic Death logo sticker attached to the upper left corner.
Some copies also came with poster.
Mailorder copies:
275 copies on colored vinyl.
22 additional leftover copies on colored vinyl marked as 'Series B'.
Bright green sleeve. Yellow center labels on both sides.
Two-sided lyric sheet signed and numbered by Pushead.
Most copies also came with a signed and numbered poster and additional Septic Death stickers.
