Nothing New is an album by Gil Scott-Heron of stripped down acoustic versions of songs from his back catalogue, recorded in New York between 2005 and 2009. Originally released as a limited edition vinyl only LP for Record Store Day 2014, it was made available digitally on April 1st 2015, in celebration of what would have been Gil's 66th birthday.
