'Of Fracture and Failure' is the debut full-length album by New Zealand death metal band Ulcerate. The album was released in February 2007 through Neurotic Records and Willowtip Records. The album was recorded in April 2006 and is the only album to feature Ben Read on vocals before bassist Paul Kelland took over vocal duties in 2009.
