Garcia snarls with glee over the raucous throwback blues riffs of “Primavera,” unleashes a stomping groove layered with arena-sized keyboard hooks on “Otro,” and even swipes the iconic and undeniable “Be My Baby” beat for the aptly titled “Spector.”
