About
Regional at Best is the second LP from Twenty One Pilots. The album was self-released on July 11, 2011, originally available both in its digital and physical form, but was discontinued once the band signed with their record label, Fueled By Ramen. Five of the tracks from Regional at Best — "Guns for Hands", "Holding on to You", "Ode to Sleep", "Car Radio", and "Trees" — were re-recorded and released on Vessel. In April 2013, prior to the release of Vessel, a re-recorded and altered version of "Lovely" was released as an exclusive promotional single in Japan and featured on the bonus track edition of Vessel. "Glowing Eyes", "Kitchen Sink" and "Forest" were not re-recorded but were released, as they appear on Regional at Best, on the UK bonus edition of Vessel. As such, only five of the tracks from Regional at Best are available to purchase in the US, and six tracks — "Slowtown", "Anathema", "Ruby", "Be Concerned", "Clear", and "Two" (digital fan-club bonus track) — are not available for purchase anywhere.
