About
The 13-year-old star who'd later be known as "Little Miss Dynamite" recorded the irresistible title track for this holiday-themed anthology in 1958, and its jubilant rock 'n' roll perk hasn't aged a day since. Her playful sass sells "I'm Gonna Lasso Santa Claus" and the sugar-high pop fantasias "A Marshmallow World" and "Strawberry Snow." The career-spanning collection follows Lee as she develops into a mature country singer with a knack for compelling storytelling and heartbreaking balladry ("Christmas Will Be Just Another Lonely Day").
