Blur's debut release on Food Records in 1990. The song "She's So High" grew out of a jam the group came up with on their very first rehearsal as a four-piece art rock group named Seymour. Although "She's So High" is widely considered the group's first single, the UK formats are actually double A-side singles of the songs "She's So High" and "I Know".
