About
Siempre Selena is a posthumous remix album released 1996. After Selena's death, Selena's father, who was also her manager recieved a lot of requests from fans who wanted more music from Selena. The album contains two previously unreleased songs "Siempre Hace Frio", which was a song recorded for the movie Don Juan DeMarco, which she also starred in, and "Only Love". The rest of the songs include remixes of Selena's songs which can be seen back to her 1986 album "Alpha". The album recieved mixed reviews, a lot claiming that the album was more focused on long time fans of Selena and not people wanting to discover Selena.
