Cover art by Chris Taylor Executively produced by Matthew F. Jacobson Design by Jonathan Canady & JR Hayes. Guitar solo on ‘Towering Flesh’ by Matthew Mills. Backup vocals on ‘Crawl Of Time’ by Richard ‘Grindfather’ Johnson. Deathgrowl and vocals on ‘Lost Cause’ by Katherine Katz. ‘Scott Hull abuses ESP Guitars, Vader Cabinets, In Tune picks, Randall Amps, Sunn amps and Marshall amps. Brian Harvey abuses Axis drum pedals.’ Almost all versions include footnote: ‘TO BE PLAYED.
