The Spin is the highly acclaimed fourth full-length studio album by Italian doom metal band Messa, released on April 11, 2025, through Metal Blade Records. Known for their self-defined "Scarlet Doom" sound, the band steps away from the expansive, experimental jazz-fusion and saxophone flourishes of their 2022 breakthrough album Close to deliver a tighter, more direct sonic landscape.
