About
Twilight in Olympus is the fourth studio album by progressive metal band Symphony X, which was released in 1998. It features 8 track, two of which have become classics: "Smoke and Mirrors", and "Through the Looking Glass", an epic based on Through the Looking-Gla, sequel to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. "Lady of the Snow" is inspired by the popular Japanese mythological figure, Yuki Onna. "Sonata" contains parts of the second movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 8 ("Pathétique"). "Orion - The Hunter" contains clips from the first album. On this album, drums were played by Tom Walling, due to Jason Rullo leaving (temporarily) for personal reason. Track listing 1.
